ReVite Construction works alongside clients to provide comprehensive program management, project management and construction management services for planning and implementing projects in all areas of commercial and residential construction. From preconstruction to closeout, ReVite provides the expertise to lead its clients’ projects to success. ReVite strives to develop specific and flexible management tactics and implement processes to protect the clients’ interests, minimize risk and maximize value.

ReVite’s primary mission is to develop long-lasting, collaborative, transparent connections with all parties involved with each of its construction projects.  The Company’s relationships with clients, architects, contractors and consultants are paramount in the success of its projects and business. By providing customized solutions to every project’s specific circumstances, ReVite is able to streamline all aspects of the process to maximize efficiency and value without sacrificing quality, safety, budget or schedule.

ReVite Construction is primarily focused on multi-family, mixed use and commercial construction. With projects varying from $100,000 to over $50 million, from two units to two hundred units, from 3000sf to 150,000sf, our experience range stretches across a large spectrum of the construction industry. 

 

Meet Seth Glinski

Prior to founding ReVite Construction, Mr. Glinski spent 12 years working his way to the position of Senior Project Manager for Forrester Construction Company, a regional, mid-sized general contracting firm based in the DC Metropolitan area. At his time at Forrester, Mr. Glinski worked on more than 40 construction/development projects totaling over $200,000,000 and over 1,000,000 sf spanning all product types including retail, multi-family, hospitality, office and government. As a Senior Project Manager, Mr. Glinski was responsible for managing all aspects of the pre-construction process including estimating, scheduling and contract purchasing and for leading multiple construction teams simultaneously to complete projects on time and on budget. Some notable DC-area projects that Mr. Glinski managed and built include several Vida Fitness locations (U Street, Navy Yard, Metropole and Verizon Center), Dewberry & Davis Offices, John F. Kennedy Center Renovation and Concrete Repairs, Command Naval Installation Headquarters, National Naval Medical Center Clinical Labs and ER, Carnegie Institution of Washington, Buddha Bar, Bibiana, Hill Country BBQ and Brasserie Beck Restaurant among many others.

Prior to joining the hospitality and retail division of Forrester, Mr. Glinski worked as an Assistant Project Manager in the Special Projects Group. Mr. Glinski functioned as the primary point of contact for all aspects of the construction process. This included managing all the day-to-day construction processes and activities, working with superintendents to manage subcontractors and project schedules and managing project budgets and change orders to maintain and improve gross margins. Prior to his role as an Assistant Project Manager, Mr. Glinski worked as a Field Engineer at Forrester in the Base Building and Government Group. 

Mr. Glinski earned a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering with a focus on Construction Management from the Pennsylvania State University in 2003.  He achieved a Professional Engineering license in 2012 and has been an accredited LEED professional since 2009. Mr. Glinski maintains active certifications for OSHA 30, Construction Quality Control from the US Army Corps of Engineers, First Aid and CPR and other certifications. He continues to participate in the Partnership for Achieving Construction Excellence at Penn State.

Mr. Glinski, his wife, Andrea, and their daughters reside in Bethesda, MD. He enjoys golf, snowboarding and basketball as well as cheering on all Philadelphia sports teams.
